Location: Tangier We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Manager to join our team and drive our customer engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound communications with potential customers via phone and text.
Qualify leads and guide them through the onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a lead management position.
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in customer service and support is a plus.
