Part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, the Campus Leader is responsible for handling different Talent Acquisition projects.
Activities:
VIE worldwide recruitments:
- Consolidate all the needs.
- Handle the entire recruitment process.
- Be the contact person of Business France.
Global Graduate Programs:
- Consolidate all the needs.
- Handle the entire recruitment process.
- Be the contact person of the Business Groups
School-related activities:
- Participate in worldwide strategic school relation activities and partnerships
- Identify relevant universities and schools in line with OPmobility strategy with the support of local Talent Acquisition team
Employer branding:
- Participate in OPmobility Employer Branding activities
- Promote OPmobility image on our career site, Linked In and other social media
Participate in continuous improvement of TA model.
Competences requirements :
- Business school or equivalent master’s degree.
- A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviews, assessment, candidate experience
- Results oriented, proven negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, open to multicultural/intercultural environment, team player.
- Very good command of the English language, ability to travel as required
