Job Title: French Instructor for TCF/TEF Canada Preparation
Location: Remote (Canadian Time Zone)
Job Type: Part-Time, Contract

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly proficient and motivated French instructor to teach English-speaking students preparing for the Test de Connaissance du Français (TCF – Canada) and the Test d'Évaluation de Français (TEF – Canada). The ideal candidate will have a robust background in French language instruction and a thorough understanding of the TCF/TEF Canada examination criteria. This position requires the ability to design and deliver online courses that effectively prepare students to succeed in these exams.
Key Responsibilities:

Course Development: Create and develop relevant, engaging, and educational content to help students improve their French language skills and become familiar with the TCF/TEF Canada exams.
Instruction: Deliver high-quality distance learning French courses tailored to the needs of English-speaking students, covering all components of the TCF/TEF exams (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
Assessment: Regularly evaluate students' progress through mock tests and provide constructive feedback to help them identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Course Customization: Develop an exclusive, tailored course aimed at English speakers, covering proficiency levels from A1 to B2.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices related to the TCF/TEF Canada exams and integrate these into your teaching methods.

Qualifications:

Education: A higher education degree in French (Bac+5, Master's degree, or equivalent) from a recognized university or higher education institution.
Experience: Proven experience in teaching French, with a focus on preparing students for language proficiency exams. Experience with distance learning is a plus.
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in both French and English.
Skills: Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. A corporate mindset and flexibility are assets.

Technical Requirements:

A reliable computer and stable internet connection.
A conducive and professional work environment for remote teaching.
Ability to respond to emails promptly and maintain a high standard of communication and customer service.
