Responsibilities:
The candidate will be assigned, but not limited to, the following:
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Budgeting: Develop, manage, and monitor project and organizational budgets.
- Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts and projections to aid in strategic planning.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze budget vs. actual performance and provide explanations for variances.
- Invoicing: Submit invoices on time and solve any invoicing issue that might be encountered.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analyses to ensure accurate pricing and cost allocation.
- Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to maintain financial efficiency.
- Indirect Cost Allocation: Develop and manage indirect cost rates in compliance with federal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to details.
