- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Provide technical assistance if clients encounter product issues.
Payment Gateway Management
- Manage communication with payment services (like Stripe and Pay Pal).
- Resolve any payment-related issues.
Product Development & Technical Support
- Assist with defining new products and setting pricing.
- Oversee product creation and delivery.
- Collaborate with the development team on internal tools and new features.
- Utilize programming skills (Python, Java Script, etc.) to develop and enhance internal systems.
- Automate tasks and create new tools to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in development or a related technical field, especially with payment systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with programming languages (Python, Java Script, etc.) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools or project management software.
- Educational background: Bac+2 or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
