We are looking for an experienced Tour Operations Leader to join our award-winning Management Team and create memories for our all-important customers during their well-deserved holiday!
We have a fantastic opportunity to join Jet2holidays as a Destination Manager in Agadir, one of our brand-new destinations on a fixed-term, full-time basis!

What will you do in the role?
As our Destination Manager, you will hold the most senior position in destination, overseeing a team of Customer Helpers (Reps) in both resort and airport operations and Team Leaders and report to the Regional Manager, who is based remotely. In this role you will also work with our local agents in resort and senior UK stakeholders to achieve set KPIs, ensuring company policies, procedures and brand values are always followed, as well as delivering your operation to our budget criteria. You will have overall responsibility for managing the planning and delivery of the Jet2holidays service across the destination and will be responsible for delivering strong performance and results.
What will I need?
The successful candidate will have previous management experience in a similar Tour Operations role. You will possess experience of leading and managing large operational teams, ideally including Team Leader level. With a proven track record of delivering results and managing budgets, you will be able to make considered decisions in tight timeframes. An effective communicator, preferably with French and/or Arabic language skills, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively use and interpret data and MI, as well as being IT literate.
As we employ on local employment contracts, you will already hold the full right to work documentation for Morocco. Due to the level of travel required in the role, you will be required to hold a full and valid driving licence and your own vehicle. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
