As a Consultant at CBRE EXCELLERATE, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and support to clients in various industries. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about problem-solving, analysing market trends, and helping clients make informed business decisions
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in the achievement of their real estate projects (consulting and development, location search, head office transfer, investor search, etc.).
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to gather data and insights into relevant industries, markets, and competitors. Prospect the market in search of real estate opportunities suited to our clients' needs (investments, properties for sale or rent, etc.).
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Maintain a professional and responsive client relationship.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain relevant data, reports, and documentation. Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis to support recommendations and decision-making processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to provide informed insights to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration related fields, such as finance, marketing, economics, or a similar discipline from reputable business schools.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industries.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant internships or work experience in consulting, real estate, or related fields.
- Understanding of market research techniques and methodologies.
