Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Ensure the website’s quality, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Regularly review and update website content to reflect the latest properties, services, and company updates.
- Perform regular keyword analysis to improve SEO and website rankings.
- Monitor and enhance website performance using Google Analytics, reporting on traffic, user engagement, and SEO results.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee the company’s social media accounts, ensuring content is engaging and relevant.
- Track and report on social media performance, including growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow Trustmaroc’s online community and increase brand awareness.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Report regularly to government authorities on the company’s digital presence and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare internal reports on website and social media performance for senior management.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align online strategies with overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and regulations to continuously improve Trustmaroc’s online presence.
- Proven experience in website and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO practices, and social media performance tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for digital marketing, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is a plus.
