Join Our Team as an Assistance Coordinator!
Are you looking to play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier support to clients and partners in both French and English? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assistance Coordinators, where you will be the key point of contact, ensuring efficient problem resolution and seamless coordination of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality assistance to clients in both French and English, through verbal and written communication.
Manage and process assistance requests within set deadlines, while maintaining professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth operations.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance service efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to adapt to various client needs.
Strong multitasking abilities and versatility in handling different tasks simultaneously.
A high sense of responsibility and dedication to completing assigned tasks with precision.
Ability to grow within the company and take initiative in dynamic environments.
Previous experience in an assistance or customer service role is a plus.
