Mission:
- Analyze business processes, systems, and strategies to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions and create reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other analysts, to deliver solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM tools.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant platforms.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and project management methodologies.
