Send your CV to us and we will contact you RESTAURANT FARMERS: The ideal candidate has had working experience in restaurants/bars/hotels. She/he knows how to relate and advise customers, execute from a cocktail menu and operating a bar. The candidate will also be able to execute inventories, assist into creating drinks with or without alcool. She/he will be proactive in crafting delicious and innovative cocktails. She/he will be able to maintain a clear communication with the Sommelier, the Chef and other peers. BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience as a bartender in an upscale or casual dining atmosphere
Classic cocktail knowledge
Basic wine knowledge
Understands how inventory operations work
Previous experience creating new craft cocktail menus and making from scratch syrups.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Able to have fun and make every guest want to return
BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mise en place: Prepare, mix and put together craft cocktail syrups from scratch
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
