RESTAURANT FARMERS:
The ideal candidate has had working experience in restaurants/bars/hotels. She/he knows how to relate and advise customers, execute from a cocktail menu and operating a bar.
The candidate will also be able to execute inventories, assist into creating drinks with or without alcool. She/he will be proactive in crafting delicious and innovative cocktails. She/he will be able to maintain a clear communication with the Sommelier, the Chef and other peers.

BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a bartender in an upscale or casual dining atmosphere
- Classic cocktail knowledge
- Basic wine knowledge
- Understands how inventory operations work
- Previous experience creating new craft cocktail menus and making from scratch syrups.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Able to have fun and make every guest want to return
- Mise en place: Prepare, mix and put together craft cocktail syrups from scratch
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
