This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of Bartender:
We currently have an opportunity for a Bartender to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for exceptional service and attention to our guests through providing outstanding knowledge of wine, sprits, and mixed drinks as well as information on preparation methods.
Responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards, confirming guest orders from the lounge servers and taking care of any special requests, service and taking orders from guests seated at the bar area ensuring you are offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods, anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction, and offering suggestions, and accurately closing guest checks.
Our Ideal Bartender candidate will have:
A special talent and passion for delivering the highest of standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. You should have Bartending experience in luxury hotels, be familiar with current beverage trends and have exposure to international markets, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and have a highly creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to all our Bar experiences.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
