- Perform administrative tasks to support the manager's work.
- Coordinate the subordinate staff.
- Manage tasks related to company visitors and guests.
- Organize the supply of office materials.
- Participate in tasks assigned by management.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Prepare production data.
- Monitor trends and directions for improvement.
- Prepare statistical reports and registers.
- Organization of travels and bookings
- Know the jurisdiction of the position, internal rules, and documents, and follow the trend of changes.
- Maintain workplace safety.
- Analyze complaints.
- Prepare for audits.
