Talent Database Analyst at Baires Dev

We are looking for a Talent Database Analyst for mining data in Candidate Databases, Developer Platforms, and Job Boards based on a strict hiring methodology.

What You Will Do:

• Propose innovative and data-driven solutions to track hard-to-find profiles.
• Define objective search filters to find hyper-targeted leads.
• Work with large amounts of data to create strategic plans to findings the best candidates with a higher probability of applying to openings.
• Come up with creative ways to reach out to candidates that are not necessarily looking for a job.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience with search engines (Linked In, Stack Overflow, Git Hub).
• Previous experience in Talent Recruitment.
• Experience in the IT Industry head-hunting.
• Advanced English level.
