The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Writer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. Your words will guide, inform, and empower our users, ensuring they can navigate complex financial concepts with ease and confidence.

The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Writer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. Your words will guide, inform, and empower our users, ensuring they can navigate complex financial concepts with ease and confidence.
What I will be doing
- Develop user-friendly microcopy, including but not limited to button labels, tooltips, error messages, onboarding instructions, and help content that guides users through our products.
- Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create content that aligns with our brand voice and product strategy.
- Participate in user research sessions to understand the pain points and needs of our users. Use these insights to refine and iterate on copy, ensuring it meets user expectations and enhances usability.
- Ensure consistency in terminology and style across all product touchpoints, adhering to established content guidelines and contributing to the evolution of our brand voice.
- Translate complex financial jargon into simple, digestible language that our users can easily understand.
- Contribute to the development of content strategies that improve the overall user experience, including the creation of content frameworks, voice, and tone guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of UX copy using analytics tools and user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate
-
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or a similar role, preferably within a fintech or tech company.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
- Experience working in fintech or a strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if targeting global markets.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and user-centered content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Schedule: Hybrid Scheme - 2 days per week.
