What you will Do

Mantenimiento correctivo de Moldes
Reparación de moldes de alta tolerancia.
Mantenimiento preventivo de molde.
Construcción de moldes (cavidad, cores, insertos, etc.).
Implementación cambio de Engineering.
Mantenimiento de moldes eléctricos e hidráulicos.
Reparación de moldes eléctricos e hidráulicos.
Manejo de herramientas de precision.
Limpieza y reparación de hot runner.
Rectificado, Torno, Soldadura y Pulido.
manteniendo 5S el lugar de trabajo.

What You Need

5 años de experiencia en taller de moldes inyección de plástico.
Conocimiento de office (P.P, Excel y Word)
Conocimiento en moldes, Valve gates y Hot Runner Sistema.
Conocimiento en Maquinas wire EDM, CNC, Rectificadoras y fresadora.
Conocimientos básicos en hidráulica y neumática.
Destreza en el manejo de herramientas manuales.
Manejo y operacion de Montacargas.
