What you will Do
What is Nice to Have
- Mantenimiento correctivo de Moldes
- Reparación de moldes de alta tolerancia.
- Mantenimiento preventivo de molde.
- Construcción de moldes (cavidad, cores, insertos, etc.).
- Implementación cambio de Engineering.
- Mantenimiento de moldes eléctricos e hidráulicos.
- Reparación de moldes eléctricos e hidráulicos.
- Manejo de herramientas de precision.
- Limpieza y reparación de hot runner.
- Rectificado, Torno, Soldadura y Pulido.
- manteniendo 5S el lugar de trabajo.
- 5 años de experiencia en taller de moldes inyección de plástico.
- Conocimiento de office (P.P, Excel y Word)
- Conocimiento en moldes, Valve gates y Hot Runner Sistema.
- Conocimiento en Maquinas wire EDM, CNC, Rectificadoras y fresadora.
- Conocimientos básicos en hidráulica y neumática.
- Destreza en el manejo de herramientas manuales.
- Manejo y operacion de Montacargas.
