Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Lead (C# + React JS) to guide a high-impact migration and integration project on a next-generation digital platform for our client, a leading global distributor in the electrical products and solutions industry. This role involves overseeing the technical architecture and hands-on development of a key IPAAS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution, which enables seamless data flow between legacy and new systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest quality standards for all technical deliverables, while providing direction and support to the North American development team.

Your Impact:

Lead the technical blueprinting, design, and implementation phases, ensuring the solution aligns with business objectives.
Drive the development of the IPAAS layer using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Event Hub, to support data streaming and future onboarding of operating companies.
Dedicate approximately 80% of your efforts to building and debugging applications to maintain high performance and functionality standards.
Design, develop, and review code to uphold code quality and ensure deliverables meet organizational standards.
Oversee the application lifecycle from design to deployment and work closely with architects to enhance solution designs.

Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience:

Programming Languages: Proficiency in C# and React JS for building scalable solutions.
Integration & Data Validation: Strong knowledge of IPAAS solutions, including experience with data validation during application migrations.
Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit/Mockito.
Integration Patterns: Proficiency in REST APIs (Open API 3.0) and Graph QL for data integration.
Microservices Architecture: Experience with microservices using C#, Docker, and Azure Kubernetes Services.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Data Lakehouse, and Azure Integration Services is advantageous

Preferred Skills

Additional Programming: Knowledge of Spring Boot.
Advanced Integration Patterns: Experience with messaging/event handling (Azure Service Bus, Azure Events, Kafka) and orchestration tools like Zeebe.
Cross-Cutting Concerns: Familiarity with tools such as Logback, Istio, and Spring Devtools for logging and development efficiency.
Authentication: Experience with Azure Active Directory B2C, Open ID Connect, and PKCE for secure user authentication.
Testing Frameworks: Experience with Karate for functional testing and mocks.
CI/CD Expertise: Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops Services (Repos, Pipelines), Sonar Source for security, and JFrog for artifact management.
Monitoring & Observability: Familiarity with observability platforms (APM, RUM, Log Management) like Dynatrace.

Additional Information
Opennes to travel:
This position requires availability to travel twice per quarter, each travel for a week to Dallas for client workshops.
Hybrid Work: During the first quarter, commuting to our Mexico City offices will be required for team meetings with the Dallas team. The work schedule will alternate in a two-week rotation: Week 1 will be fully onsite, while Week 2 will follow a hybrid model—onsite work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with remote work on Tuesday and Thursday. This alternating schedule will continue throughout the quarter.

After the first quarter, commuting is expected to remain at one week per quarter.
