Your Impact

In this role at Equivity, you'll oversee daily operations, support a team of professionals, and drive business growth. This role requires the ability to manage diverse responsibilities, from team management and compliance to process optimization and revenue-driving initiatives. The position offers a competitive base salary with unlimited earning potential through performance-based commissions

What You’ll Do:

Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate the daily activities of a team of professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Staff Development: Support team members by providing organizational guidance, coaching, and development in key areas like time management, productivity, and conflict resolution.
Operational Oversight: Supervise administrative staff to ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance team performance through process improvements, using data and market research to identify new opportunities.
Client & Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of key projects, ensuring that the necessary documentation and resources are provided, and meetings and deliverables are executed effectively.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, regularly reporting on progress and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new staff, ensuring smooth integration into the team and alignment with the company's objectives.
Revenue Growth: Support the overall growth of the business by ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to successful project completions and new business initiatives.
Commission-Based Performance: Earn commissions based on business performance, successful project completions, and achievement of team goals

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2+ years in office management, team coordination, or a related field, preferably in a dynamic business environment.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution habilites
Ability to coach and mentor team members to drive higher performance
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to apply market research to optimize processes and achieve business growth

What We Offer:

$25,000 pesos per month + Unlimited commission potential based on business performance and project completions
Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
