What You’ll Do:
- You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions.
- Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues.
- Support the campaign to increase its clientele through inbound calls.
- Use technological platforms to provide the best support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for customer service
- Preferably experience in a call center
- 90% proficiency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Shift availability
What We Offer:
- Shift: 8:00pm to 6:00am Mon-Thu
- $13,000 - $17,000 pesos per month
- Bonuses and incentives for excellent performance.
