Objective of the position:
Work with an agile and motivated IT Manufacturing Systems team to develop the next generation Manufacturing Control System (MCS) and Offline Management System (OMT)for DTNA. Provide creative design, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting for a complex business application. You will actively work with business representatives and corporate teams to analyze business needs, gather and document business, system requirements and provide communication between the IT project teams and the plants business team.

Main Functions:
- Correctly, update CTS POs for visibility and maintain outstanding customer relationships among all internal and external stakeholders and transportation partners. Update POs in transit, comment on every single of them, track, and prioritize. Send preliminary consolidated LTL priority items to DHL and Expeditors. Attend Materials meeting to receive tracking priorities based on imminent materials shortages.
- Correctly, update CTS POs for visibility and maintain outstanding customer relationships among all internal and external stakeholders and transportation partners. Update POs in transit, comment on every single of them, track, and prioritize. Send preliminary consolidated LTL priority items to DHL and Expeditors. Attend Materials meeting to receive tracking priorities based on imminent materials shortages.
- Follow up on critical trailers; update POs and internal reports on what border crossed and what did not from the previous day. Coordinate expedited pickups and dispatch from Laredo, TX. Coordinate drayage dedicated drivers to be used fully on our operation. Ensure hot trailer border cross at the critical border before closing hours.
- Review and update Wrong tracking on active shipments (POTs). Identify discrepancies in OS&D and advise receiving department. Identify unknown material at the X-dock and find the owner.
- Customer service phone calls and messaging attending special requests from planners. Oversee carrier compliance initiatives and ensure supplier compliance with transportation guidelines and routing instructions.
- Classification materials ITC from SAL and SAN. Monthly report for all material we import to CTS.
- Export coordination. Assure the material arrives (Export). Attend any complications with the Export, classification, delays, or missing packages.
