Role Responsibilities
Design and implement processes that meet product and high requirements operational performance.
Document all processes according to the ISO and FDA Quality system.
Respond opportunely to the LAYERS, identifying the root cause of the deviations to the system and Executing.
Identify and minimize the sources of Scrap.
Plan and execute OPEX projects.
Design technical and operational training.
Keep the PFMEA updated.
Execute the process validations according to the MVP.
Define capacity increase needs.
Give support in the projects of new products.
Solving productivity and scrap quality problems by applying analysis and optimization techniques.
Keep the cost of products updated.
Keep the Process documentation updated.
Comply with the necessary security measures to prevent accidents, occupational diseases and environmental contingencies within the company.
Notification of acts, unsafe conditions and environmental risks observed in any area of the company.
