Salvarcar Plant, Purpose: Under minimum supervision, works on complex-by-nature assignments, which require criteria, initiative and problem solving abilities, such as operation analysis, support in the balancing of lines, processes standardization, lean manufacturing audits, among others You will be responsible for: Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Support digital solution projects through deployment and hypercare phases.
Contribute to the development of new digital solutions (apps) for manufacturing by bringing to bear knowledge in logistics and manufacturing material management standard methodologies.
Successfully introduce new projects to manufacturing areas.
Operate basic applications using Tulip software.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to determine project requirements and timelines.
Provide technical support and assistance in ongoing projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct training sessions for manufacturing personnel on new digital tools.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project progress.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Background in logistics and manufacturing material management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for negotiating and dealing with people.
Basic English proficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills.
BA/BS in progress or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field preferred
Ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and budgets.
Previous experience in a technical logistics role.
