Manage the talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
Overseeing the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leveraging assigned sources, and employing individual methodologies to source candidates via social media.
Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.
Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline.
Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and recruit diverse candidates.
Communicate with organization leaders to clearly understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
Participate in job fairs and different activities to attract and hire new talent.
Experiencia y requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, or related.
3 years of experience in a similar role.
English 90%.
Management of Office packages.
Strong communication skills. ·
Leadership and customer service. ·
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
