Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related career.

Previous work experience as Sr. Quality Engineer (Minimum 5 years).
Extensive knowledge in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MISA, SPC, FMEA, CP) and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Black Belt certification desirable)
Knowledge of Engineering standards (Quality tools) and QMS (Certified auditor desirable).
Advanced knowledge in statistical analysis, problem solving methods and GD&T.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab. Power BI, Reliasoft and Solid Works basic knowledge.

Advanced soft skills: Leadership, Empowerment, One Team Mentality, Assertive and Effective communication, Analytical, Management of work teams, Objective.
Ability to travel 15% of time.

Activities: Lead the MEX AQE team to track multiple projects simultaneously to ensure compliance with Milwaukee Tool's schedule, process and end user satisfaction.
Audit and approve AQE deliverables before QBs to ensure a success build assessing the risk effectively. (Quality Readiness).
Give daily effective communication to the AQE manager about the current status of the NPD and Transfer projects and escalate any support needed.
Develop the team on technical and soft skills to ensure a successful decision making during difficult trade off discussions and converge meetings.
