Summary of the position
SMT operator will operate the SMT equipment: Pick and Place machines, solder paste inspection machine, solder printer machine and Reflow Ovens. SMT Operator Follows up the daily production plan and provide a daily report to the full SMT staff.
Responsabilities & Skills:
Responsible for the production plan follow up.
Responsible for the SMT equipment operation.
Responsible for the SMT equipment preventive maintenance. Responsible for following the SMT process controls.
Perform the Feeders preventive maintenance and calibration.
Fix the common equipment failures.
Responsible for the SMT equipment operation.

Fix the common equipment failures.
SMT knowledge.
Knowledge of the Siemens siplace serie-D (indespensable) ,Dek printer machine , Ko young SPI and Vitronic Reflow Oven Operation.
Knowledge of the Moisture Sensitive Devices Handling.
Knowledge of the ESD to the components (Electrostatic Discharge) knowledge on the IPC-610 Criteria Class 3.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in electronic technician or related field.
3 years or more experience on the SMT process.
SMT knowledge.
