Knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile framework, database concepts, and project management using Agile development methodologies, data workflows, application design
Knowledge on Net Suite platform components such as Suite Analytics, Suite Builders etc.
Data analysis and visualization using SQL, Suite Analytics building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
Bonus points for experience implementing CRM, ERP, or any other IT solution.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, and risk identification and mitigation.
Ability to proactively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for and ability to understand customer needs.
Ability to lead and work with globally distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or any related field.

Responsibilities:
Come up with proposal for process improvements, data clean up, and designs for new solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
Net Suite familiarity or experience is a plus.
Work with the customer and be capable of understanding how the product works, and get high-level knowledge on how it was built (what technology was used ie: saved search, 3rd integration, in-house automation)
Educate and collaborate with the internal departments/stakeholders.
Streamline technological processes to make them more efficient.
Train and mentor peers on existing technologies and solutions
Analyze customer's pain points and bridge the gap between the customers and the development team.
Evaluating business processes, as well as anticipating, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
Performing requirements analysis for approved initiatives.
Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects and oversee implementation.

Facilitating a shared understanding of the problem, the possible solutions, and the scope of the project.
