As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls, reaching out to businesses in the food and beverage industry to offer a trial of our innovative ice cream-making machine. You’ll work closely with our team to generate high-quality leads and help potential clients discover how this cutting-edge machine can elevate their offerings.

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls, reaching out to businesses in the food and beverage industry to offer a trial of our innovative ice cream-making machine. You’ll work closely with our team to generate high-quality leads and help potential clients discover how this cutting-edge machine can elevate their offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses in the food and beverage industry.
- Offer trials of the ice cream machine to interested clients and coordinate next steps.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of the machine and how it stands out in the market.
- Handle objections and questions from potential clients professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a high-volume call environment.
- Experience with outbound sales calls (preferred, but not required).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or the ability to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality and commitment to a Monday to Friday work schedule.
- Base Salary: 8,000 pesos per month.
- Bonus: An additional 3,000 pesos per month for attendance and punctuality (up to 11,000 pesos total per month).
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Regular working hours apply.
