- CRM Management: Ensure all interactions and sales activities are recorded accurately in the CRM.
- Product Expertise: Stay up to date on healthcare and medical tourism offerings and ensure the team is well-informed.
- Experience: Proven experience managing sales and customer service teams.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills, with CRM proficiency.
