Sales and Customer Service Manager - Healthcare

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Manager to lead our team of Sales and Customer Service Representatives in the healthcare and medical tourism industry. Key Responsibilities:

Performance Oversight: Set and manage sales and service goals, providing feedback and support to meet targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business in the medical tourism sector.
Customer Service: Handle escalations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of leads and closed deals.
CRM Management: Ensure all interactions and sales activities are recorded accurately in the CRM.
Product Expertise: Stay up to date on healthcare and medical tourism offerings and ensure the team is well-informed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience managing sales and customer service teams.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills, with CRM proficiency.
