Position Summary: The Junior Revenue Manager will help develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize revenue growth, occupancy, and profitability across the company’s portfolio of luxury properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, proactive, tech-savvy, and preferably knowledge of the luxury hospitality market. Key Responsibilities: ● Strategic Leadership and Planning: ○ Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and market positioning. ○ Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor performance, and market demand. ○ Lead the forecasting process, utilizing data analytics to predict future demand and adjust strategies accordingly. ● Pricing and Property Management: ○ Oversee dynamic pricing strategies to optimize rates and maximize revenue. ○ Add new properties to property management software and update information as needed. ● Data Analysis and Reporting: ○ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Rev PAR, ADR, occupancy rates…. ○ Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting revenue performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations. ● Distribution Channel Management: ○ Optimize the mix of distribution channels, balancing direct and indirect bookings to minimize costs and maximize reach. ● Collaboration and Communication: ○ Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and IT to ensure alignment and integration of revenue management strategies. ○ Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including property owners and senior management. ● Compliance and Risk Management: ○ Ensure compliance with rate parity agreements across all distribution channels. ○ Identify and mitigate risks related to pricing, inventory, and market fluctuations.
