To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Technician for services and client support located in Aguascalientes
To cover 1 of 2 shifts needed this helping to consider an complete the necessities of audition, verification, projects and generation attendance for clients and new requisitions like ( pulse, oxxo , foodtrucks, etc) Enter three or four sentences here that explain why this position exists, what it is focused on, etc.
What a typical day looks like:
- Daily activities at service Quality audits personnel transportation and catering services.
- Compliance review personnel transportation and catering services
- Metrics handling personnel transportation and catering services
- Process management personnel transportation and catering services.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree or in process
- Management of services processes and continuous improvement
- Skills to coordinate internal events(visitors)
- Creating executive presentations
- Management of KPI´s and metrics for quality services
- Customer/ supplier support for catering services and special support for clients
- Excel, and offices abilities to handle weekly supports
- Dynamic, focused on daily results
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- Impacts operations of immediate work group.
- Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
