We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Coordinator, based in Torreon I Plant, Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division).
As Quality Coordinator you will be responsible to communicate quality objectives for improvement activities of the specialized quality department and the production unit. Implement strong process controls, statistical quality sampling, program launches and product transfers; to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your Task will be
Support and develop customer quality control requirements, policies, procedures and plans.
Assist in performing internal audits.
Perform statistical process control methods, measurements and R & R. Maintain documentation and data support.
Prepare specific internal quality reports to the customer.
Monitor and perform trend analysis and reporting.
Control plans, updates and audits to ensure compliance.
Provide training and act as a source of communication for new quality issues.
Lead plant meetings to discuss quality issues. (QWR).
Calibrate measuring equipment.
Read and interpret drawings and/or specifications.
Prepare required quality reports.
Maintain control of current production processes and develop Poke-yokes processes.
Perform trial/error analysis, product quality decisions based on customer expectations.
Develop and implement quality systems for use in the production plant.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related.
At least 3 years of experience in similar position. (Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing)
English Advanced
Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis, and decision abilities. Innovation, responsible, Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills, MS Office skills, Lean, six sigma, Core tools.
