Scope of the Role.

The role of P2P involves leading the entire process from placing a purchase order to paying a supplier. This role is responsible for the centralized placement of purchase orders via Buy IT, write-off risk analysis via reports, Purchase Order Split risk analysis and identification, documentation and follow-up, GR audits, and Low Value Spend principles tracking. Likewise, it is responsible for identifying and tracking blocked invoices, contact with purchasing and suppliers for payment balance cleaning, and user follow-up to ensure timely payment for goods or services to suppliers. Finally, this role develops a broad load of experience in internal controls and is responsible for risk documentation, development, and implementation of action plans for mitigation of opportunities in supplier payment processes.

• Technical or Bachelor´s degree graduated.
  
• Previous experience in purchases or payments is desirable.
