Novares is looking for its Manufacturing - Engineering department his/her future Process Specialist (M/F), located in CHIHUAHUA-2 C2-PL.
Finality
Advise and assist teams and plants in his / her area of expertise.
Propose technical solutions after the verification of the feasibility.
Define and enforce the standards in the Skills centers / Technical centers and in the plants.

Main Missions
In his/ her area of expertise :
Is the referent for technical teams (skills centers, technical centers and/or Manufacturing engineering, and / or plants)

- Train teams, elaborate, and respect the standards
- On the premise of ensuring clients' expectations, raise up solutions aiming at reducing costs
- Participate in techno-economic analysis of industrial means
- Support the processes definition
- Participate to on boarding and to training of employees in the new plants
- Provide a benchmark on the practices in his/her speciality
