Technical Skills

Ensure compliance with safety standards (AST)
Assurance, compliance and analysis of SOI Process Observations (Safety Observation Index)
Support in analysis of Customer Rejections and Complaints
Direct activities to support areas to improve quality metrics (FTT&RTY, SCRAP, Contamination, etc.)
Create and ensure compliance with the Control Plan, monitoring the results of laboratory tests and, if necessary, activate the Reaction Plan.
Ensure adherence and compliance with the Key Unifying Process (KUP)
Ensure 0/100 (0 injuries, 0 defects, 100% flow) of the process. (Constraint, FTT, JPH, BTS “Production Counts”)
Responsible for creating corrective actions for the processes (ICA / PCA) through trend graphs
Support with maintenance engineer in the correct management of the work equipment budget (consumables)
Management of Personal Protective Equipment to avoid misuse or excess consumption of items
Coordination with Maintenance of maintenance/integral control activities in accordance with the business plan (shutdown, scheduled stops, etc.)
Ensures the correct administration of the continuous improvement system (Ideas, Kaizen), as well as its capture and recognition of staff. Analyzes and approves the viability of ideas.
Ensures a stable work environment based on organizational behaviors and values, Team Leader – Work Team (Technicians and Operators) – Plant – Union.
Available to shifts rotation (weekends, night shifts and holidays)
