Onboarding Success Executive

We're seeking for an Onboarding Success Executive to join our expanding team.


Box Brownie.com is a fast-growing tech company based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. We are the world leader in visual property marketing, with over 170,000 customers in 114 countries.


A fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same - bring your experience into a newly developed position. This role will provide additional support to manage the live tasks for the Onboarding Success Team, ensuring that all customer queries are addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Customer Onboarding:
    • Conduct personalized welcome calls based on tailored scripts for each customer segment (Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Property Managers, Developers/Builders, Real Estate Photographers, Short Term Rental Companies).
    • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls/emails 3-4 weeks after the initial welcome call to ensure ongoing customer engagement and address any issues.
    • Conduct live webinars and answer chats for prerecorded webinars for standard onboarding processes.
    System Familiarization:
    • Show customers how to use the Box Brownie.com system, set preferences, upload brand logos, and rework jobs.
    • Ensure customers are familiar with the best practices for using Box Brownie.com’s services.

    Sales and Cross-Selling:
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling during onboarding and follow-up calls.
    • Highlight relevant services based on customer segment and individual needs.
    Record Keeping:
    • Use BB Admin to document all customer interactions and preferences.
    • Maintain detailed customer profiles in the internal system, including preferences, logos, and job history.
    • Assign customers to account managers for tracking and reporting on spend.
    Communication and Coordination:
    • Coordinate with Customer Service, Key Accounts, Production Support and Renders teams for smooth handovers.
    • Use designated communication channels for efficient information sharing.
    Training & Development:
    • Engage in continuous training and development sessions to stay updated on Box Brownie.com’s products, services, and best practices.
    • Actively share insights and successful strategies with colleagues to foster a culture of learning and improvement across teams.
    • Prioritize the growth and enhancement of exceptional onboarding techniques and customer engagement strategies, establishing a benchmark for other teams within the organization.



As this role is home-based, you will need to have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and an appropriate workspace. Availability for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, is essential. Your own laptop or computer will be required.

Shortlisted candidates will join a group interview during the recruitment process.
Compensation aligns with the pertinent salary brackets for an Onboarding Success Executive in your area.


Schedule will be Night Shift: 00:00 to 9:00am AEST*


Onboarding includes 4 weeks training and a 6-month probation period.
