Master Planner Scheduler
Your Job Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with minimum past due backlog providing a correct analysis of capacity vs. demand

Our Team

What you will do
- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization
- Liaise between the Materials Manager and Program Teams on demand management
- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime
- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials
- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues
- Provide training to staff members as required
- Report key metrics as required
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5- 8 years of related experience
- Demonstrates operations and technical skills and understanding of Molex functional standard work
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of master schedule procedures. Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions. Ability with office software including, excel, and power point and ERP systems
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
- APICS is preferred.
- SAP user is preferred
- Exercises independent judgment within defined procedures and practices to achieve objectives. May make decisions absent management supervision using broad guidelines.
- Provides input for team decisions.
- Decisions affect team Requires moderate supervision; normally receives instructions on all work.
