Logistics Coordinator
Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Responsible for properly documenting the customs procedures for imports and/or exports of raw materials, machinery, and equipment (as well as domestic consumables, inbound, maritime).
- Responsible for registering in the system everything related to the catalogs of raw materials, consumables, finished products, equipment, tools, and bills of materials.
- Ensure that production materials arrive on time.
- Manage documentation for imports and exports.
- Coordinate work with the planning and shipping departments.
- Request transportation for imports and exports.
- Monitor the start of transportation journeys until scheduled delivery.
- Audit charges and review quoted costs.
- Control inventory and fixed assets.
- Daily update of reports.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Professional Title or equivalent experience.
- Between 3 and 5 Years in the Foreign Trade Area.
- Requires updated knowledge in Customs Matters.
