Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support for business systems and applications, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Participate in the testing and validation of system enhancements and new features to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and training materials for end users.
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business systems support and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, JIRA, etc.) is a plus.
