- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and improve overall performance
- Oversee the planning and execution of transportation and distribution activities
- Evaluate and select logistics service providers to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Analyze logistics data and provide insights to improve decision-making
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to enhance logistics processes and performance
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in logistics strategy development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of professionalism

- Proven experience in logistics strategy development and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to lead executive teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Administration area
- TOEIC 750 pts

- Logistics knowledge
- Budgeting & Finance acumen
- CAPEX & OPEX management
- APES and new programs management
- Purchasing and commercial skills
- Process automation
- Quality Assurance
