Jr. Financial Analyst (Guadalajara)
Responsabilities
Desirable:
- Manage purchases and accounts payable functions.
- Assist in budget preparation and control administrative expenses.
- Reconciliation of income, expenses, and bank transactions for group companies.
- Support monthly cash flow reports, financial closing, and income reporting.
- Support in human resources management, attendance tracking, vacation control, and general incidents.
- Administration of the organization's technological equipment.
- Participate in department projects such as government support, external audits, transfer pricing studies, and more.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing administrative and operational activities in general.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
- Previous experience of one year in a similar position.
- Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks according to urgency.
- Advanced skills in office tools, such as Microsoft Office.
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Good ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
Desirable:
- Experience in Odoo or any ERP.
- Experience in agile and high-growth companies.
- Knowledge of NIF (Mexican Financial Reporting Standards).
