This position reports to
Production Manager
Your role and responsibilities
"Daily assistance at the start of the shift Monitor the line performance hour by hour and report to Supervisor"Qualifications for the role
- "Support the supervisor in the following activities:
- Report the daily abseenteeism
- Assure the lines start up within the first hour of the shift
- Follow up with materiales, quality, fabrication, maintenance, MFG to fulfill the needs of the lines
- Support HSE investigations, near misses, hazard reports & concerns
- Collect information to create a pareto about the top offenders in output lost to apply continuous improvement actions
