The HR Specialist role is vital for the continued success and execution of processes and policies implementation for US.
The scope of the positions includes functions and businesses, and the assignation could varies depending on the complexity and expertise, the activities include main parts of processes that could be related with Onboarding, Development and compliance and certain amount of system entries for SF for hiring’s and movements.
The career can be diversify based on the areas of expertise to partner and collaborate with HR.
Manufacturing sites - Initial performance evaluations and follow up for exempt and nonexempt employees, such as D&ERs (for all employees) and Progress Reviews for apprentices (operators and technicians).
All Business and Functions Globally- Performance & Goals Management: Partner and support HR System department with the administration and maintenance of the forms and information for accurate reports for managers to follow up the performance evaluations forms in Success Factors for initial, midyear and end year evaluation.
All Business and Functions US - Partner with POM (Personnel Organization Management) for New Hire entries for US in Success Factors (will start with operators to progress with different employee classifications and functions).
Kingsport - Support and maintain the HR Crisis Support on-call spreadsheet updated (annual roles, numbers, names, backup, adjustments), ensuring proper actions like weekly reminders, Share Point updates and partner for proper execution as needed.
Support HR Managers, HR Specialists and HR Reps in projects and activities that could include meetings scheduling, follow up on actions, agenda etc.
Attending US HR Meetings to keep track on company initiatives and the big picture of HR Strategy.
Design, participate and ensure weekly integration activities for MOC HR Mexico team and US.
Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
Qualifications
Education: Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Industrial Administration/Management, Engineer, similar.
Languages: Advanced English
Knowledge: General experience on ERP and/or HR systems administration (Success Factors - EC desirable). General knowledge on personnel administration and talent management, desirable in US and/or global companies.
Systems: Office, Success Factors or any other ERP, Sharepoints, SAP- EC desirable.
Experience: > 2 years (could be flexible based on the specific HR activities and responsibilities where robust experience in HR global processes is a requirement and sensitive information management)
