Donaldson is currently seeking a Sr. HR Advisor to join our company. In this role, you will be working with assigned business units providing HR support and partnership. As a voice of HR to the business, you will work in close collaboration with all HR functions to provide effective and efficient support enabling the business to achieve its business strategies.
Role Responsibilities:
- Partners with the business by consulting, engaging in creative problem solving and applying effective talent solutions to address challenges.
- Utilizes coaching skills with leaders to diagnose and provide solutions that enable leaders to transform themselves and their teams to be highly productive and deliver on business goals.
- Manages employee relations issues. Investigates & analyzes individual situations & recommends appropriate action in each case.
- Leverages business acumen, competitive insights, external benchmarking, data and best-in-class organizational design thinking to inform decisions on org structures, processes, policies and communication strategies.
- Ensures consistency between department & corporate practices
- Leads/participates in HR- related projects including global initiatives.
- Influences others within and outside the department regarding concepts, policies, and leadership best practices.
- Through the use of data analysis, identifies trends, patterns and areas for improvement, and makes recommendations to enhance HR processes and programs.
- Effectively partners with COE’s (Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Total Rewards, DEI, Learning and Development) and our broader HRBP team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in areas of HR
- Experience and familiarity with Workday

- Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
