Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound client calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Manage client inquiries, provide accurate updates, and assist with scheduling.
Offer administrative support to the legal team, including handling legal documentation (non-litigation).
Draft, proofread, and organize essential documents with attention to detail.
Schedule appointments for U.S.-based attorneys and follow up with clients.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
Must reside in Guadalajara or nearby areas.
High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or call center environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic legal knowledge is an advantage but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
