We offer insurance agencies access to highly educated and talented virtual assistants in Monterrey, Mexico. JOB SCOPE: As a virtual assistant to Cover Desk Mexico, you will represent and support a US-based insurance agency to serve as their Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Virtual Assistant, but are required to be based out Monterrey,Mexico. You will support the agency to provide insurance customer service and back-office assistance which may include bilingual phone support in both English and Spanish. College degree and/or 3 years of work experience; preferably in a BPO and/or customer service or insurance industry.
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills which include neutral accent and be comfortable speaking, writing, and reading in English
Demonstrate the ability to receive inbound bilingual telephone calls from insurance customers that require basic customer service assistance
Ability to potentially transfer select inbound telephone calls to internal licensed employees to further assist the customer
Ability to multi-task and assist with insurance transactions per phone call using multiple insurance tools and applications
Spirited to work as a team-player and will directly report to leadership in the United States
Must be outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly, and sociable with a contagious positive attitude
Must have high-speed home internet with a minimum of 20 mbps
Must have a quiet and private dedicated workspace to efficiently work from home
Must live in the Monterrey area only.
Cover Desk Mexico is looking for extraordinary, talented Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are interested in using the power of their voice to help US-based insurance customers. We are interested in candidates that are available for immediate hire as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Virtual Assistant to handle inbound and /or outbound calls for a US-based insurance company. You will be empowered with two weeks of training by a Cover Desk employee to ensure that you can deliver incredible service to their insurance customers. All employees will be required to sign onboarding documents and pick up computer equipment in Monterrey. WHAT WE WILL OFFER YOU:
Full-Time Employee with competitive compensation $16,500-$17,500 MXN which includes bonus eligibility. Additional compensation for US Insurance Industry Experience.
Paid two-week training at starting wage
Set schedule Monday – Friday supporting US business hours, fixed day shift with Saturday and Sunday rest day
Vacation Days (which includes 8 US Holidays), Vacation Prime, and Aguinaldo
