The Position
As a Field Sales Manager - Obesity at Novo Nordisk, you will:
  • Lead a Sales Team within the Obesity Business Unit, ensuring performance management and personal development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales objectives in the Obesity market.
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience by having a full business understanding and providing a unique experience according to the needs of every HCP.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with other Sales Districts, Medical Affairs, Marketing, among others.
  • Implement best practices to address market and sales challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Obesity Market.

Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration, life sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries with strong sales management across districts and regions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in product launching and/or cardiometabolic products.

About the Department
You will join our dynamic Obesity Sales Team, responsible for promoting and selling Novo Nordisk's products across multiple channels in a designated territory. Our team focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions. We are committed to developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The job is based at our headquarters, where you will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
