Role Definition
Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and improving the performance of M&E and troubleshoot issues. Their main tasks will include routine maintenance and repairs aimed at keeping our equipment and machinery in the best possible condition. Their specialized skills and meticulous approach will be essential to minimize downtime, increase productivity, and maintain personnel safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Carry out repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, gas systems, high-pressure oil systems, and high-precision equipment to quickly resolve breakdowns and malfunctions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to plan maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair records, and equipment history logs.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and apply corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in plant maintenance to improve efficiency and optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized repair or maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities, including lockout/tagout procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Degree Requirement
Electric, Mechanic or Mechatronic engineering degree.
Intermediate experience in maintenance.

- Interprets facilities-related reports and explains record-keeping requirements.
- Works with addressing basic physical requirements of a manufacturing plant.
- Follows access and security control procedures and equipment.
- Assesses potential security or safety risks and notifies appropriate team members.
Troubleshooting Technical Problems:
- Documents common hardware, software and communications problems and likely resolutions.
- Troubleshoots typical technical problems in a specific area.
- Works with vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools and utilities to discover application problems.
- Adheres to standard troubleshooting procedures to ensure effectiveness of resolutions.
- Participates in setting evaluation standards and criterion for troubleshooting.
Top candidates will have
Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic diagrams.
Interpretation of mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc).
Robot programming (Fanuc, ABB)
Experience in machining control center (Okuma, mazak, G&Ls, Doosan)
