Have to explain key concepts and principles, and create assignments or hands-on activities to allow everyone to develop practical skills.
Evaluates and identifies areas needing improvement.
Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually.
Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a technical trainer, trainins specialist or a similar role.
Technical training teaches the skills needed to design, develop, implement, maintain, support or operate a particular technology or related application, product or service.
