• Help manage customer business process which ensures effective communication and liaison between sales, marketing and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities and deliver sales and profit targets.
• Help develop focused trade strategies for category in d Comm Channel. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with brand positioning and potential of the accounts.
• After-action review of Digital Media investment activities to ensure ROA, Sales uplift and Funnel-specific targets are met.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital trade promotions to determine whether these meet the Company' objectives and ROI targets
• Manage A&P d Comm budget and ensure finance deliverables that impact company’s P&L.
• Gather and evaluate Haleon Best Practices in other countries to accelerate growth and ensure innovation on Digital Commerce.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in commercial roles (sales, marketing, trade marketing ), ideally in pharmaceutical industry, FMCG or beauty and in e Commerce/Digital Media
• Advanced Englisth

• Good knowledge of the retail environment (modern / traditional trade)
• Strategic thinking in combination with business understanding.
• Good knowledge of Digital Media and e Commerce environment.
• Ability to influence others, build strong relationships and enjoying working in central position of matrix organization
• Good analytical skills, communication, negotiation, leadership skills
• Languages: fluent in English and Spanish
