Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator, Job Description: Sunstrong International is looking for a customer service coordinator has experience on order management, farmiliar with ERP system. Key Responsibilities:
Order Management, follow up customer orders and to confirm delivery schedule in a timely manner.
Manage forecast/inventory and material planning with customer and coordinate factory team to excute that.
Update orders/delivery schedule/Material inventory and risk buy data in weekly basis.
Host or join meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
Timely follow up to drive quality issues that affects delivery schedule.
Required Skills&Experience:
Colledge degree in marketing or a related field.
3+ years experience in customer service and order management, prefer to be in EMS industry.
Good at English Speaking and writing, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
